This month I'm challenging you to a pretty intense mental, emotional & physical mastery exercise!

I love this exercise as it trains the mind to respond rather than react to life/ people/ situations - no matter how big the storm. The more you're able to choose your response, the more you're able to lead your life, re-direct energies & create new pathways by planting from a higher consciousness.

Intentional seeds & higher vibrational states bring so many more juicy rewards!
