Baobab, Raspberry & Chia Mousse

Ingredients

All Organic of course

  • 100g Coconut Cream
  • 2 x Avocados
  • 3 Tablespoon Davinder’s Raw & Organic Almond Butter
  • 500g Raspberries
  • 2 x Tablespoon Davinder’s Raw & Organic Agave Syrup
  • 2 x Teaspoon Davinder’s Raw & Organic Vanilla Powder
  • 3 x Tablespoon Davinder’s Raw & Organic Sesame
    Seeds
  • 1 x Tablespoon Davinder’s Raw & Organic Baobab Powder
  • 4-5 Tablespoon Davinder’s Raw & Organic Cacao Powder

Sprinkle on top:

  • 1 x Tablespoon Davinder’s Raw & Organic Cocoa Nibs
  • 1 x Tablespoon Davinder’s Raw & Organic Chia Seeds
  • 2 x Saved Raspberries

Instructions

Blend the avocado flesh, coconut cream, vanilla, almond butter, raspberries

Mix in all the other ingredients until you have a mousse

Spoon into 6 glasses

Allow to set for 1 hour before serving

Top with fresh raspberries, sprinkling of chia seeds & cocoa nibs
