Falafels

Ingredients

All Organic of course

  • 1 x Cup Cashews, soaked for 4hrs, drained & made dough in food processor
  • 1 x Carrot grated
  • ½ Courgette – small strips on mandolin
  • 1 x garlic clove – zested into paste
  • Coriander, medium handful, chopped
  • 1 x Lime, juiced
  • 1 x Teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 x pinch Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 1 x pinch Cayenne

Instructions

Mix all, form into dough balls & dehydrate for 6hrs
