Homemade Booja Booja Ice Cream

Ingredients

All Organic of cours

  • 1 Cup Davinder’s Raw & Organic Cashews
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 3-4 Tablespoon Davinder’s Raw & Organic Agave Syrup
  • 4-5 Tablespoon Davinder’s Raw & Organic Cacao Powder

Instructions

Blend the cashews until you reach the consistency of flour

Add the rest of the ingredients for several minutes & until thoroughly blended

Pour the mixture into a flat glass container and freeze for 30 mins

Pull out of freezer & give it a good stir to even it out

Do this 30mins later & again an hour later

I suggest doing this a few times before it really sets to keep it creamy.

Store in the freezer for up to 2 weeks
