Macadamia Cheese


All Organic of course

  • 1/2 Cups chopped red bell peppers
  • 3 x Tablespoon. Lime Juice
  • 1 ½ Teaspoon Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 1 ½ Cups Macadamia Nuts
  • 1 x Tablespoon. Nutritional Yeast Flakes


Blend red pepper, lime juice & salt.

Add macadamia nuts to food processor & pulse a few times or chop them

Pour the red pepper mixture over the nuts & process until still a little chunky.

Spread to approx. ¼ inch thickness on teflex sheet.

Dehydrate 115 degrees for 4-6hrs or overnight

Once top has dried, flip over for another 1-2 hrs

Store in air tight container for a few days or longer in fridge or freezer.
