Essential oils are the natural aromatic compounds found in plants that act as the plant's immune system.

They are highly concentrated & can be used for a wide range of physical & emotional wellness applications. Because we are carbon-based like a plant our body recognises the essential oil and knows precisely how to absorb it & what to do with it.

Essential oils are part of my daily self-care/self-love practices & have been used for centuries for their healing and uplifting properties.

Scientific research on essential oils has been shown they vibrate at a higher electromagnetic frequency than any other substances measured.

Disease within the physical body was shown to set in at vibrations below 50 megahertz (MHz).

Canned and processed foods were measured to have a vibration of 0 MHz.

Fresh herbs and produce vibrated around 15 MHz.

Certain high-grade essential oils tested ranged from 52MHz and were shown to vibrate as high as 320 MHz in the case of Rose essential oil!

Certain high-grade blends vibrate at 80 MHz or higher… A very high vibrational frequency!

My Top 5 Core Oils for Every Day Solutions:

Essential oils are nature + modern science + no negative side effects (if taken properly). On the other hand, pharmaceutical medicines are (primarily) synthetic chemicals + modern science + negative side effects (in certain circumstances).

To me, it makes a lot of sense to first go to nature before going to my local drug store! Below are my Top 5 oils I keep to hand at all times, using them for household cleaning, digesting, inhaling & improving my mental, emotional, physical & spiritual health & wellbeing...

 

LEMON: Refreshing, energising & improves the mood, Eases congestion in sinuses, clears third eye chakra & aids sore throats. Great for respiratory system, GI tract, liver support. Use in cleaning mixed with Castile soap/vinegar, Add a drop to your water and digest internally to maintain the PH level of the body, Along with vitamin C, lemon is a rich source of potassium, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium etc. ... Lemon juice with warm water helps in quick weight loss as it promotes digestion and increases the metabolic rate.

 

LAVENDER: Calming, overall wellbeing, restlessness, anxiety, insomnia, depression, Eases aches & head tension, Soothes skin irritation, Eases response to allergies, bites, Anti - inflammatory & anti- bacterial properties.

 

ORANGE: The smell can relieve stress, anxiety, uplift your mood, improve fatigue & lack of mental clarity, add a drop or two on your palms as an antiseptic, add into your oil burner to clear stuck energies in the room, massage onto your upper abdomen to kick start your digestive system, add into homemade cleaning products to kill toxins, massage onto dry skin, acne prone or irritated skin or calluses on feet. Due to its high volume of antioxidants, wild orange essential oil is a great immune system booster too!

Peppermint can be used as a dietary supplement for irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), other digestive problems, the common cold, headaches, and other conditions. Peppermint oil is also used topically (applied to the skin) for muscle aches, itching, and eczema. Opens airways, cools overheated skin, soothes tired muscles & eases head tension.

AROMATIC - Breathe in or diffuse to cleanse & purify the air. Can be stimulating, calming or soothing.

TOPICAL - Dilute with carrier oil like fractionated coconut oil & apply to localised area or soles of the feet.

INTERNALLY - Some essential oils can be used as a dietary supplement for targeted wellness.

 

Essential Oils Safety:

    • Keep out of the eyes, ears and nose.
    • If you accidentally get some in your eye wash out with a vegetable oil or milk NOT WATER.
    • Dilute with a vegetable oil if a skin sensitivity occurs.
    • Store with caps sealed away from direct heat.
    • Citrus oils are photosensitive – keep out of the sun for 12 hours after use.
