Raw Yogi Quiche

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Almond Flour (made from soaked overnight & 2 day dehydrated crunchy almonds in food processor)
  • ¼ Cup Flaxseed, finely ground in coffee grinder
  • Marinated mushrooms in olive oil
  • Diced tomato, Ground spinach with seasoning – salt, olive oil, black pepper, cayenne

Instructions

Combine flax, almond flour & salt

Slowly mix in wee bit of water until firm to press

Press into a tart shell lined with cling film.

Take out of tart shell & put onto dehydrator screen

Fill with marinated mushrooms, cashew cheese, tomato, spinach & warm in dehydrator for 2hrs
