Super Simple Raw Baobab Chocolates


  • 50g Raw Organic Cocoa Butter
  • 3x Tablespoon Raw & Organic Cocoa Powder
  • 3 x Tablespoon Raw Organic Agave Syrup
  • 20 x mini cases
  • Almonds, Goji Berries, Hazelnuts blended to small chunks
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Powder
  • 1x Tablespoon Baobab Powder (try adding spirulina or
    maca to a batch)


Melt the cocoa butter gently in a bowl over a pan of water on a low heat. Ensure you don’t get water into the bowl.

Once cocoa butter has melted mix in 3x Tablespoon cocoa powder

Add in 3 x Tablespoon Agave Syrup

Mix well & check for sweetness

Add in a sprinkling of nuts, seeds or goji berries. Be adventurous!

Spoon runny mixtures into mini cases

Sprinkle with chia seeds before putting into freezer for 30mins
