10 x Tips To Manifesting From The Heart

You may be familiar with the teachings of the Law of Attraction, maybe you’ve had a couple of experiences of the ‘magic’ in action, but you can’t seem to keep it consistent or work out how to really harness the power? Or perhaps you're flying high with it already?

For me, it's been a bumpy ride that has taken much discipline, focus & persistence. Initially, I felt like a child learning to walk but with a bucket full of self-judgment. I would get angry with myself for what was showing up, push myself to be perfect & even had fury at myself when I screwed it all up. It's taken time to develop enough patience, self-love & self-compassion to understand manifestation is a skill that needs developing step by step so you can fall again & again and know you are still moving ahead, loved & exactly where you need to be.

When we take leadership of our lives, learning to step into becoming a co-creator with the Universe is hugely empowering, especially when we have the right guidance - the soul. A spiritual teacher/ guide/ coach also is invaluable and I have been lucky to have had many inspire my journey too. Learning the art of manifestation is a progressive path from victim to victory.

Often we have been taught to think we can visualise what we want and it will fall into our laps, while some ask constantly and look for all of the signs but don’t seem to see the results they’re looking for so get frustrated, poo poo it as nonsense and give up.

So what’s going wrong? Why aren't we ALL enjoying creating the lives we truly want authentically, powerfully & confidently?

This month in "The Lighthouse" we're focusing on what manifesting from the heart really means, what to expect when you start to co-create with the Universe and how to make it more fun rather than painful!

To get you started I've created the below blog post for you...

Tip 1: Get clear on what you want.

If you don’t know exactly what you want, you can’t actually take the necessary action steps to make it happen. Nor will you change any behaviors that are blocking you from receiving. To manifest from the heart you must know what you desire & the feeling it evokes within you. Start with creating a list of 20-25 things you would love to manifest in your life or business. You do know what you want.

As you create your list, give yourself permission to want what you want today and be open to changing it tomorrow. Let go of any judgments, simply allow your creative mind to open up & explore the nature of asking, receiving & desiring without guilt.


Tip 2: Ask the universe.

Don’t leave what you receive up to chance, ask for what you want by writing it down so the subconscious mind picks it up. There are a lot of ways to ask including prayer, meditation, visualization, and vision boards. An easy way to ask for what you want is to write a letter to the universe. Asking the universe for what you want once a day through a journal makes your requests clearer and clearer. Pick one thing a week to focus on & watch for signs. I keep a mini treasure box & on Sundays, I write our one request, place it in my box & trust the Universe to work its magic. The following Sunday I burn it as an affirmation that it is coming in divine timing. My job is to look out now for the signs & synchronicities that cross my path.


Tip 3: Work toward your goals.

Manifesting is the art of co-creating with the universe. Working toward your goals increases your chances of receiving what you want. It’s also fun. Write down 3 actions you can do today to bring you closer to your goal. Start taking inspired action and keep taking action until you’ve reached your goal by staying focused on the core desired feeling.


Tip 4: Let it go!

Once you’ve identified what you want and imagined the feeling of having it, you’ve done the creative work. There’s no need to obsess and continually focus on your dream. So at this point, it is important to relax, and remind yourself that it will come to you when it is the right time.

When you have moments of doubt and “wondering when it’s going to get here,” (and chances are you will) remind yourself that all you can do is let go. Trust plays a huge role here...keep an open heart as it is likely to appear when you least expect it. If your heart is closed it’s likely you won’t even notice its arrival.

Tip 5: Trust the process.

Whenever you find yourself doubting, catch yourself and say, “I’m getting closer and closer to my goals every day. The universe has my back and it’s awesome. Everything is always working out for me” - Repeat this phrase until you believe it.


Tip 6: Receive and acknowledge what you get.

The universe is always giving you help, but it’s easy to miss the signs especially when they come in unexpected ways. When you start to acknowledge and receive signs from the universe, the universe will give you more of what you want. A good way to get started with this step is to write down the evidence in a journal at the end of the day. Make sure to include anything that happened to you during the day that moved you a little bit closer to your goal.

Tip 7: Manage your energy & vibration with loving kindness

Vibrations are like little radio signals you are continuously emitting out to the universe. You must tune your signal to a vibration worthy of receiving it.

Spend 5mins daily with your heart energy, relax your thoughts & rest deep into your heart affirming "I love you heart". Get into the habit of developing a relationship with your own heart as your lover, best friend, dearest confidant. Come into relationship more & more with your heart power and allow this activation to flow through your energy system & into life.

Whilst it’s important to get into a high vibrational state, always remember that the way you feel is the way you feel. Don’t guilt yourself for having a bad moment here or there, because this only compounds the negative energy. Allow yourself to be where you are, even when you’re in a low vibrational state. Let the negative emotions run their course, and when you’re ready you can start to take action to move up the emotional scale again.

Tip 8: Look out for synchronicities

After you’ve done the initial visualization work, naturally there will be some “clues” that start popping up. Somebody might tell you something that you need to know about your dream, or you might read something in a magazine that gives you an idea of how to “get” what you want. Whenever you see clues, pay attention. The guidance from the universe often comes in subtle ways.

Tip 9: The congratulations on your abundance game.

When there is something that you want, and you see someone else get it before you, it is often natural to feel envious. “Why didn’t it come to me?” we often say. However, practicing the emotion of envy only drives our manifestations further away from us, because it’s an emotion of lack.

So instead, when the people around you achieve something you yourself want to achieve, look at it through the lens of attraction. If it’s something that you want, and people around you are getting it, this means that you are literally bringing what’s wanted closer to you.

Tip 10: Master the power of gratitude

We’ll ever only manifest what we want when we’re radiating positive energy & grateful for what we have in our lives right now. So spend as much time as you can focusing on being happy & thankful for all the things, people & moments that show up.

Play your favorite games, hang out with your favorite people and listen to your favorite music. Whenever you can, reach for better feeling thoughts to speed the process of manifestation.

Staying positive even through chaos, turmoil & adversity is the easiest way to be certain good things are coming. A daily gratitude diary is an essential exercise to build up that receptive muscle.
